FND030 Synth Like Minds EP

Sumptuous orange vinyl, released by German scociapaths Aufgeladen Und Bereit.

Synth Like Minds is the third 7″ single to be released from FOUND’s debut album Found Can Move. Like many classic pop songs, Synth Like Minds is an ode to two early speech synthesisers built in the 60s called PAT and OVE. The inspiration for the song came from the Linguistics department of Edinburgh University where FOUND’s singer Ziggy Campbell works as a sound engineer. It was here that Ziggy unearthed a rare recording of the two speech synthesisers ‘singing’ a duet of the traditional song ‘The More We Are Together’ and was moved to compose a tribute.

Pressed on vibrant orange vinyl, the record comes with two brand-new b-sides: the dark and moody interlude Pedro Had To Leave and the wonky Prince-inspired funk of The Very Fabric.
